here you've got some regulations if it comes to using this category.
1) You can establish topics the same as in the previous categories
BUT
2) You gotta talk in English.
3) Titles of these topics have to be in English.
4) You have to behave culturally (it means eg. do not use vulgar words, don't shout at your forum friends etc.)
5) Everyone who break just one of these rules will be banned
